• This has been mine and my partners favourite for a good while now. Food is always on point, service is quick and efficient and the atmosphere is nice and warm. For a quick bite, it's affordable and lush. During Christmas, skip the overpriced Christmas Market and head here for an absolutely banging hot cocoa aswell.

• We were a group of 12 and this was one of the few places that could accommodate us and reserved our table as well. Staff were very polite, professional, well mannered and not pushy in trying to get us to order more than we needed. Food was made quickly, presented well, was hot and tasted delicious too. The lighting is a bit dim, but sufficient for the atmosphere I believe. Staff were also considerate and ensured all sauces, plates, cutlery etc were on the table before the food and they got a few extra plates for us as we had said that we would be sharing some of the dishes. Overall really impressed. Also, the toilet was clean and well maintained. I really loved the table as it looked like it was made from the truck of a tree! Keep up the good work.

• Quickly dropped in after shopping trip. Again,my mum said coffee is the best she has tasted,lovely presentation (and the lady said she was still learning but you wouldnt know!) I had a ham and cheese panini with crisps and salad which was delicious,great portions and a great pot of tea. Resonable price.Nice chilled comfortable ambience and atmosphere,especially for someone who gets anxiety sometimes.We also liked the large sturdy wooden tables outside which gave you enough room to eat and space enough to move around without feeling like youe holding up the path

• Café Italia Coventry absolutely deserves 5 stars. The pasta is amazing, fresh, full of flavour, and clearly made with care. The staff are genuinely lovely and make you feel very welcome, which adds so much to the overall experience. The menu selection is AMAZING, with so many great options that there’s something for everyone, whether you’re after something classic or a bit different. I also highly, highly recommend trying one of their smoothies, they’re delicious and such a perfect addition to the meal. An all-round fantastic café that I’ll always recommend.

• My friend and I ordered the vegetarian and meat full English breakfast. They were delicious with everything prepared and cooked to perfection - with high quality ingredients. At 9.30am it was quiet, but by 10.30 it was pretty busy. Great service, too. Highly recommended. Returned in July. Again, the presentation, price and quality were excellent. The Chicken Supreme sandwich was a taste sensation. My partner wanted a glass of tap water with ice: they charge £1 for ice but, personally, I don't think that's a good business strategy

• This place is amazing. We don't live in Coventry but we visited twice in the last month and this is the only place we eat both times. Its very hard to get a table as its always busy. Staff are friendly and food is delicious.

• The English breakfast here is always delicious with really thick bacon and good quality sausages. The staff couldn’t be more accommodating and friendly they make you feel really welcome. Great place!
